CHYUAN | CHIEF STRATEGIST
Chyuan Lee is the CEO and chief strategist of LeadLab, where he oversees the creative and strategic direction of the company.
He received his BA (Hons) in Professional Design from Limkokwing University, where he cultivated his expertise in design and branding. Mr. Lee has also shared his knowledge and experience for a decade through lecturing at Sunway College, Makers Arts Center, and Bongkar Ipoh.
His accomplishments include winning the prestigious Gold Winner of Branding in the Indigo Design Awards (Netherlands) and being recognized as one of the Top 10 Designers from Ipoh by IDEA.
Mr. Lee had lead the team to work with an impressive roster of clients, including Shell, Sunway Group, Nando‘s, and Eslite Bookstore, delivering impactful branding and design solutions tailored to their needs.

CARROT | CREATIVE DIRECTOR
Carrot is a Creative Director fascinated by design, delicacies, and dolls. As an Adobe Certified Professional with a passion for creative excellence, Carrot has amassed a rich and diverse body of work.
She received her BA of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from Chaoyang University of Technology and has been recognized as one of the creatives in Brilliant Branding: Inspired Designs That Shine (Amsterdam).
Her achievements include being honored as the Gold Winner for Branding at the prestigious Indigo Design Awards (Netherlands), and representing Malaysia to participate in the Chao Glabal Chinese Design Exhibition in September 2024.

Born and raised in Ipoh, TM spent his early years in the photography industry before starting his printing business The Press, where he honed his craft in creating bespoke, personalized products for esteemed clients.
Over the years, TM has worked with notable clients such as Nirvana, Coway, L‘Oréal, and Great Eastern, delivering exceptional results tailored to their needs.
TM oversees our project‘s overall quality of prints. He also plays an active role in his local community, bringing creativity and dedication to every project he takes on.
TM is like Unifi, he offers seamless connectivity for project high fives.

Chin Ming is a digital media specialist, an expert in 3D rendering, motion graphics, and 2D animation. As the Digital Media Specialist, he ensures the seamless integration of design and technology across all projects.
Before joining the team at LeadLab, Chin Ming honed his craft in digital media production, working on diverse projects that showcase his versatility and technical expertise. Over the years, he has collaborated with prestigious clients such as Yayasan TM, Changi Airport, and Sarawak Energy, delivering innovative and impactful visual solutions.
